Ive been using this app on my iPad mini which is mounted in my dash to a Sony deck. The app is a but quirky but overall works ok. Hope for an update to make better.

The quality of the radio that goes with this is great. The application as always left something to be desired. Its almost as if the application was an afterthought by somebody is Sony. Controls are woefully lacking, and functionality follows suit. Now, with iOS 10, Im seeing unexpected behaviors with this application. The first occurs when I plug my iPhone in, and open the application (as directed for use of the head unit with the iPhone) the application moves my control from USB position to Pandora position on the head unit. I seen a few other annoyances like that and Im really wondering if Sony will do anything? I would really like to can application entirely, unfortunately I cant. The head unit will continue display open application until I satisfy the request. Why two stars? It was functional at a minimal level until iOS 10. Even though it wasnt packed with features, it did work.

The idea was good but that what it is, an idea. I spend like $500 on sony head unit because they claim with this app I will have almost full control on my iPhone 5s, total

The app is really lame, unfortunately there’s nothing else so I still have to use it in the car with navigation apps and music. Sony could at least offer some documentation and I could build my own app.

Terrible user experience. If you want to by a car stereo because of this app than it is a bad choice. With sony xperia z3 comact the stereo and the app works fine. With ios version the app is unresponsive and iti s possible to use the radio only with phisical remote.

This app doesnt make anything about streaming content from an iPhone to the car deck easier. It should, but doesnt.

I purchased a Sony head unit with the intention of using this app with my iPhone, does not function as advertised. Will be returning the head unit asap

Pretty good app, I gave 3 stars because it just has a few quirks. Sony really needs to update the look for ios 7 (looks old). Volume control selection button could be bigger, thus easier to touch. The swipe is also backwards to me, Right to left swipe should be forward as Safari is(app is Center to Right swipe Forward). Being able to control an unseen car stereo, very nice N5000bt receiver w iphone5

please update this app so itll work with my iPhone 5s. It wouldnt even work with my iPhone 4(iOS 7) this makes me mad. Fix this!

At first I had everything but now all it shows is pandora maps or YouTube

A lot of people must not understand the iPhone needs to be connected to the USB port for EQ functionality. Im assuming most are using solely BT? I havent had an issue with the app (iPhone 5, IOS7), though its very plain. Does what it says it does. Havent tried the pandora functionality, though I dont bother with pandora so that doesnt bother me. Dont let the negative EQ statements cloud your judgement, it works when connected via USB.
